Commercial offer and order alignment
Quotations are based on product, specification, volume, packing, destination, Incoterm, validity, and shipment schedule.
Samples, approval, and packing
We coordinate samples where applicable and document the agreed reference. Packing, markings, labels, liners, palletization, and container requirements are confirmed before shipment.
Standard export documents
Support can include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading coordination, certificate of origin, and other order-specific documents. Product and destination requirements must be confirmed before contract.
Freight and shipment follow-up
For CFR or CIF arrangements, freight scope is evaluated with logistics partners. Preparation status and key shipment milestones are communicated to the buyer.
